Workout for a boxer(as in boxing)

what is a good workout for boxers in training??

hey im kind of doing the same thing. im trying to get into the wwe or tapout or ufc or something. I have been doing 1 hour+ workouts everyday. I lift 5 pound weights, use one of those bands, use a weight bench, do squats and lunges…actually just go to “muscle and fitness hers” magazine, they have some good stuff to help you tone up, then find a class to help.

Skipping, Shadow Boxing, Push Ups, Sit ups, Sparring, Calve raises, Jogging, Heavy bag, Speed Bag…
