What is a palotti?? [[dont know if thats spelled right]] but what is it and how do you do it. And what does it do 4 u?!?!?!??

it’s a form of exercise kinda like yoga, but it targets on strenghtening your spine and torso muscles!! - you get a true workout on doing pilates!!
