Will this work out if I do it?

If I ran up & down my stairs, would that help my legs get toned? & how many times should I run up & down them? I have 13 steps, FYI, haha.

Walking, running, cycling and yoga are also ways to help keep legs toned. You could trip on the stairs.

Hey hold on now…

…stairs are dangerous..

Ok you only need the first two steps… step up and down them without turning round (means you come down backwards)

20 minutes a day for a week will tone you up… do it three times a week after that to stay toned.
