Why my parrots always make noise while they are safe and healthy?

I have two parrots they are still baby with new short feather on wings only. I feed them regularly and there weather is comfortable but they wants to eat so much and creates noise maximum time I think they are not ill. So why they are making noise is there any problem?waiting anxiously for your kind answer. :)

tHey are looking for communication. The parrot has been estimated to have the intelligence of a 5 year old human child. When you make a noise, talk to him/her he will begin to mimic you. Decide on a basic word. Then a few. But remember, your friend is not using words like you and I often do. The parrot is mocking the sound and reading your body langauge. So you must show them what you are talking about. They are easily trained (learn fast), and can have vocabularies that will extend deep into your relationship. Your little buddies want, above all else, to know that they are safe around you, and that YOU will protect them. After that they just want to eat and kiss eachother. Once they have a small report with you, they should quiet down.
