Why do people still hate mexicans?

OK, you’re wrong about that ‘nobody coming here legally’ bit. Our country was established in a time of global exploration and conquest. We found it, built it up, and claimed it as our own. We have since paid the taxes, labored over the construction, designed and maintained a government and worked for our own living. The Native Americans had not set up any boundaries, as many of them were semi-nomadic, and had no established government (besides their tribal organization). What POSSIBLE WAY could we have sent them a formal request to ‘ask’ for their permission to explore what they thought was a NEW world? To say that nobody came here legally is a bogus cop-out.

It’s not the LEGAL aliens this country has anything against (well, the rational citizens of this country); it’s the ILLEGAL ones. The ones who come here, breed like rabbits, and suck down welfare and medicare, but don’t work! If they do work, they get paid under the table, and they don’t pay taxes on their income, therefore, they drink from the pitcher, but nevery pay to fill it back up. That kind of selfish, greedy, disgusting laziness is going to be the downfall of this free country. And Mexicans are CERTAINLY not the only group of people that do this. It also makes my blood boil when American citizens do this (the whole suck down welfare/medicare but don’t work for their own living if they’re able).

It is NOT hard to get into this country legally. Once here legally, you should WORK legally and pay the taxes required by all American citizens. I resent the fact that I’ve been paying taxes since I was 16 and ‘make too much money’ for medicare, yet some foreigner, who has never worked a day in his life for this country, can come here without permission, and because he is too lazy to get a job, can receive full medical coverage.

That, my friend, is why Mexicans get a bad reputation- they’re seemingly the biggest offenders. Despite the amazing culture they bring to our country, we still resent those that have come here and live here illegally.
