What will my boyfriends reaction be to my poem I wrote him?

I wrote him a poem, he is a guitarist. :)

I cannot help but wonder, What is a word? Words are never understood. And if words are always misunderstood, Then lyrics are nothing but nonscence. And if lyrics are nonscence Then songs are a little bit crazy. And if songs are crazy, Then music is pure madness. And if music is mad, Then my guitar is insane. And if my guitar is insane, What does that make me? Well, I guess that makes me a little bit of everything. Especially insane.

I think he’ll take it the wrong way, it does sound insolting tho its a good poem but not one I would give to the one im dating.

well I had a boyfriend once and trust me they love everything you do for them so read him the poem and im sure he will love it

You have “nonscence” spelled incorrectly. It should be “nonsense”.

He might take the last line as a little bit insulting. Or he might like it as a joke. It might be safer to go off there in a different direction and tie in his appreciation of music, sensible or not.
