What to eat to stay skinny?

I’m 13 years old and I weigh 105 pounds, and I really want to stay 105! However I’m afraid to eat something wrong and go higher than the 110 pound line. what should I eat to stay 105 pounds at the height of 5 ‘ 6 ft. ?

Its not what you eat really…Its how much you eat and how often you eat. I have maitained my weight by exercise, eating healthy with a few un healthy items such as a donut, cookie pc of cake ect…ONCE in AWHILE…I dont eat at MCdonalds, BK, a few times at Wendy’s there Salads are mmm very good, thats all I eat there, I mainly stick with SubS or making my own food at home its Much healthier…you know what you are getting when you make it yourself!! Also careful cutting calories and doing to much exercises…you dont want to go Anorexic or have a Mental disorder from Repetition!!

u going to go anirexic? who cares what you way!! im almost 200 pounds and im happy with it. I also gained all that in my pregnancy and cant seem to lose it but im happy with myself. I know im great inside.

just eat normaly. dont worry about what you eat, just exercise and you can eat as much as you want.

WELL FIRST DRINK a lot a lot OF WATER! TRY 2 LEAVE THE JUNK FOOD .EAT VEGIES FRUITS . LAY OF BK MCD & ALL OF THOSE FAST FOOD AREAS . 1NCE A WEEK IS OKAY 2 EAT THAT BUT DONT EAT 2 MUCH OF THAT!

don’t eat too much of anything. stay with smaller portions. and don’t go crazy with desert&stuff.
