What to eat? Please help

I have my first football practice in about 4 hours I was wondering when I should eat and what? I heard bananas are good but im hungry now and I know it wont fill me up..I was also maybe thinking of eating a peanut butter and banana sandwhich.. so give me some foods that will stay down.. (p.s. Dont suggest pasta I have none)

Our coach always gave us a meal high in carbs a few hours beforehand… and salt will help you stay hydrated. Most of the time it was a meal with pasta.

No steak is terrible I tried that last year and puked within the first 20 minutes..

well dont you like get to stop if you puke? thats what they do here you puke you dont have to run or somthing anymore ha

no.. we puke go get a drink then run more…we cant even put our hands on our knees when we puke
