What should a 23 year old female eat daily?

I will be 23 next month on the 6th I am 5’4 weight is 140 what should I be eattin daily to stay I go health? Also I know I need to stay away from fried foods

This forum is not a place for specific answers. You probably need more help than can be provided by most at this time and in the place. Fried foods (when done properly) are not as bad as you would think… As a note fast food restaurants do not fry properly, they fry for speed using things that are frozen.

If you are looking to lose weight by diet alone then the easiest thing to do is create a food log and note everything you eat and the calories that they are. You can find books to give you the calories on an apple etc. If you are in the US most restaurants will provide you with the nutritional information of their food upon request. I believe that the FDA requires this. After a week long log, figure out yoru daily caloric totals and knock about 300 calories off a day. Through 7 days that is 2100 calories or about a pound a week. Well if you want to stay completely healthy you will have to void sugar completely out of your diet. this included fake sugar, fruit sugar, any type of soda. Also a small glass of wine, brandy or shot of liquor could raise your HDL cholesterol, thus reduceing risk of heart attacks greatly. Also taking a vitamin C supplement helps greatly when it comes into flu or a sickness season. other than that all i can say is that you can every once in a while slip from the sugar thing if you want to get a desert with a friend. good luck.
