What's the Fastest way to burn calories?

so basically I just wanna know the fastest way to burn calories. it can be products, certain foods, types of exercise, ANYTHING. thanks so much :)

I suggest cardio- workout that is the fastest way to burn fat (and calories) you can maybe do a lot of jumping jacks, run*, or power walk, swim, etc.. btw you should only do crunches when you dont have any fat ontop of your stomach because that only builds muscles there. foodwise eat a couple small meals a day so it keeps your metabolism working.. maybe a small snack every 2 hours (and healthy) also drink plenty of water through out the day! starvation only makes you fatter because your body goes on survior mood. your metabolism is the prime factor that helps you loose weight.. lemonade also cleans out your body! if you pick anything healthy over junk food youll be on the right track!
