Commit to consuming 4 - 6 small meals and snacks everyday. To succeed, you must plan ahead by packing your foods the night before. Thus, you should always have fresh and low-fat foods around. Keep it simple. Don’t get too caught up on the specifics or your diet. Start by simply just counting calories. Eat your foods slower. Make healthier food selections like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, low fat meats, fish and skinless poultry. Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories. Avoid foods that are high in sugars such as pastries, candy bars, pies and candy. Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit servings every single day. The good colorie intake for loosing weight is about 1,500 but don’t think you can’t go over because you can. Exsercise. Go for a run, jog, walk every morning. In the afternoon try working out. Do some streching, push ups, curl ups, jumping jacks, etc. At night, go for another walk, jog, run. Don’t push yourself to hard though.

I would say try being a veggie. and WALK> I hate running so just walk like a half hour everyday. it helps me at least.
diet and exercise! thats what I’ve been doing baby sister, and I’ve lost like 5 pounds so far! I know it sucks not being able to junk out, but you feel sooo much better after eating a healthy meal and drinking tea speeds up metabolism
ya just exercise, running is a great way to do that and you can also just walk cause that helps a lot to and its better for your knees, take a bike ride to the beach or park or lake, ride to the store if your mom needs something, you can think of ways, and remember that a diet isnt just something you go on for a little while like a month or whatever it THE WAY YOU EAT FORVER. so ya be creative.
