Ok well at school we are gonna have this thing on jump roping for 3 min non stop what are some things I can do so I can do this like some kind of breathing technique or some advice on what not to do or to do what ways of jumping make me loose energy faster stuff like that the point is to last doesn't matter how you jump so any advice
Keep a good pace, it will get tiring after a little bit but 3 minutes is nothing, I think you can handle it!
Turned out it was for 10 min my legs hurt lol
