What is wrong with my sleep lately? Someone help?

I’m a grade 8 girl, school starts in 2 days after school Christmas break. 3/5 nights out of this week. Night one: 3:40 AM Night two: 3:30 am and last night, night 3: 3:20 AM. Is a patterning occuring? Is it I’m anxious to get back to school?

Meaby you are, is there something else that might be bothering you, do you go to sleep late or meaby too early? Meaby because you don’t do much work during the day and that makes you less tired and you don’t feel as tired when yo go to bed…

JUmp around all day and run and dont be lazy and go to bed 2 hours later than normal
