What is the NORMAL intake on calories?

For the last 4 days I’ve been living off Gatorade.

I dont know why I just cant bring myself to eat.

In the last 4 days I’ve only consumed about 210 calories.

Each bottle has 70 calories…

Im the type that usually eats & such but lately I just cant..

I feel full & I refuse to eat anything that isnt Gatorade.

I mean I havent eaten ANY solid food just liquid.

What do you think is wrong with me?

I doubt 70 calories a day is enough..How many am I suppose to consume a day?

I know for sure im not sick so its not a bug also I havent had my period in a while.

Are these signs of anything BESIDES being sick?

Ok first of all STOP drinking the gatorade maybe thats whats making you not eat… Second, go for a quick jog or something to make you tired and try to eat a good meal!!

Hope I helped I am really sry your feeling like this!!

Answer #4

depends on your weight

take your weight and multiply it by 13..

thats how many calories you need to take in for your body to function normally

70% of your calories go to your digestive system, cardiovascular etc and you need 30 % to do everything else

also exercize 30 mins a day..

and 70 calories a day is really unhealthy and considered being anorexic
