What do you think about this poem (Found)?

This is another poem that I wrote awhile back. Tell me what you think?! :)

Found

I’m living in this broken home Everyone’s here but I’m all alone I feel very much invisible, to everyone around Not just my family, but the whole town

No one here likes me, no one here cares I’m left to breath in the pain that I can hardly bare I don’t know what to think, I don’t know what to do But then, out of no were, here comes you

You pick up all the pieces and put my life back together You come into my life and brush me, as gentle as a feather Not to hard, so that I am overwhelmed But just enough to know, that I am finally found

I know now, that there is someone who does care Someone who will always be there, if he dare Someone to help my pain go away As long as he shall stay
