What can I do to stop this irritating noise problem??

Ok 2 years ago I moved into a nice big house but for 2 years I have had to listen to 5 dogs in 5 different houses bark now. They bark all day and night even last night at 3am there was 1 out. Me and my sis are sick of it our parents can’t do anything about it but it stresses us out because we lose sleep and can’t even have a nap at 11am because they are out I am extremely sick of it. 2 of the dogs belong to kids who make it bark very early by annoying it and screaming on there trampoline. 3 of the houses live behind me and next to me I am very stressed especially because I have to study for exams PLEASE HELP.

Yes, talk to the neighbors first about dogs barking all night…it makes for freindlier relations in the neighborhood…however, if the dogs are barking in day, while children are playing with them, there’s little you can do about that…law enforcement wouldn’t see it as disturbance.
