Modify your eating habits and exercise habits slowly. Head them both to healthier areas. Start avoiding junk food that you binge on (for me it was Oreo cookies). Modify what you drink (I went for ice tea with SUGAR - 18 packets by count - to unsweetened whenever I ate out , and Pepsi by the case (might last a week) to buying one at a time.) I try to eat 1 or 2 pieces of fresh fruit every day - usually navel oranges or apples.

Parked farther from the stores in malls, and climbed stairs instead of elevators.

Small efforts add up, and if you don’t replace the changes with bad choices you have a great shot at losing weight and keeping it off.
