want to lose weight on my arms and stomach

I really want to lose weight on my arms and stomach but I dont know how Can anyone help me please but I need it in one week or two

when I was in bootcamp, I lost 30 pounds in one week in my stomach maily from doing rowboats and situps and crunches, and a lot of them they will help I asssure you along with probley taking some diet pills to help you out a lil bit, you may lose a lil in the firt 2 weeks but after that if you keep to it you will lose a lot more.. good luck

well I tried weights for my arms but now they look muscly so running but swing your arms a lot, weightloss cannot happen in one area, it works in an overall general thing, only muscle training can be focused

hi!!! you can lift soup cans 3 times a day minimum 20 min the more min you do the faster the resaults and for your stomach do sit ups a lot of them at least 30 min a day and 3-4 times a day :P
