But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Excuse me I lost 20 lbs in 3 months but I did it the right way I worked out and ate right. If you have it set in your mind than you will win on top.

mmm … well, depends on how you do it. if you do it the hard way, w/ like diets && everything then u’ll probably loose about maybe 3 or 4lbs. but doing it anorexic or fasting style, u’ll loose a tremendous amount! but you have to know the dangers of anorexica && fasting.

some people lose weight quicker than otjhersyou can lose up to half a stone maybe more every person is different

it depends on what you do to lose weight so I would say by diet and excercise maybe through 20-40 pounds

excercise properly and eat healthy thats the best way to lose weight. well fat anyway. if you excercise you’ll build muscle but lose fat ;) so try that

exercise & replace indulgent snacks with fruit & low fat products. If you buy a sandwich from a supermarket pick the lowest calorie & fat one available. But if I really want a chinese or chocolate bar I have one I just dont have one everyday. I use sweetners in my tea instead of sugar & drink diet coke instead of full fat. I go gym 3 times a week & do 35 mins cardio, 25 mins toning. I do 10 mins on treadmill, 10 mins rowing machine, 5 mins on the bike & 10 mins on the cross trainer. Between each machine I do 10-15 situps resulting in about 100 situps per gym session. Even if you dont lose weight at the gym your body shape changes & becomes nicely toned. Its better to take measurements of you waist, arms and thighs when you start the gym then measure them again 4 weeks later, rather than go by weight. So far im losing about 1-2lb a week. Personally I would never eat under 1400 calories a day for women its just not healthy. My calorie intake is around 1800 calories a day.
