well hunny I really hope your not being literall , and you have cleaned down there, because yes you should clean every part of your body , sorry if I missunderstood you , but if you mean douche ? then I wouldn’t because no one does it , it’s really disgusting, and embaressing, and no were to buy the kit.

it is not disgusting or embaressing to Douche, HOWEVER it is not reccomend by your obgyn, because you are taking bacteria that is in the lower part of your vagina and with the presure of douching pushing it up into the cervix. This is a self cleansing unit and this is why a women menstrautes.

However daily cleaning with mild soap and water I would say is a must. If you have odor or discharge you may want to see a doctor because you could have a yeast infection

It is not gross to douche… actually a lot of girls do it they just dont tell anyone cause they also think its embarassing… I wouldnt douche all the time cause like harleyrider said that it pressures your cervix… if you think douching is the way to go do it once every 2 months.. and its not really embarassing it shows your dedication to take care of yourself.
