Tone my tummy down for wedding

Ok I have until the middle of oct., to tone down my tummy to fit in a bridemaid’s dress, what should I do? Is crunches better than sit ups? I already drink lots of flavored water from crystal lite. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks a lot

If your weight is higher up on your stomach do sit ups if it is lower do crunches. You can alternate to get your whole stomach toned. I would also drink regular water, it is much better and also eat several small meals a day.
