100 pounds is only healthy if you’re like, 5 feet tall. assuming you ARE only five feet tall though, don’t eat right before you go to bed. always eat breakfast, but make it something light. if you work out, do it in the morning, so it gets your metabolism up all day long. if you don’t work out, start working out. cut sodas and sugars from your life. that should get you dropping weight pretty quickly. now go, live the dream.

If you are desperate to loose weight, just set a goal for you such as avoiding the intake meat and oily foods, Avoid eating too sweet and foods with high sugar content as sugar plays a catalyst for weight gain, you should do regular exercise that could be help to loosing weight. According to me, you should drink more water and green tea which helps to reduce your weight.
