What are some weight loss tips?

I have 95 kg weight and i want to lose my weight but i need some advice for weight lose. Please tell me some tips that are halpful in losing weight in only one month.

I have lost about 80 pounds and kept the weight off for over 5 years. You can lose weight by just cutting down on the amount of food you eat. Try to eat lean meats, veggies, sugar free desserts and always drink at least 6 glasses of water each day. In order to lose one pound of body weight you have to eliminate 3500 calories. Try keeping a food log either online or a written journal to see the amount of food you are eating each day.
