How can I train and pre-train for athletics and kickboxing?

Ok, I’ve asked this kind of q before, and got one good respons, I was just wanting to know how to train for athletics, I’ve been doing it proper for a year now, but I’m seeing no real improvement so I think I’m doing it wrong. I aint fat, I just have what my friends call “cuddle” I just want to get a hard stomach and become muscular and skinnyer, as cuddle gets annoying sometimes. I would just like to know, how to train every night for athletics and kickboxing, how much to do each night,and how to maintain it properly. Etc. Thanks guys, very much. =)

work ont it an hour a day and STAY HYDRATED is the most inportant thing dont strain your self i have to practace 6 hrs a day in icescating but as you get better add time for indurance
