What We Do

The U.S. Kuo Shu Academy specializes in a variety of martial arts disciplines, offering classes in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and meditation. Our core focus is on Tien Shan Pai, a traditional style of Kung Fu originating from the mountains of northwestern China. Known for its comprehensive approach, Tien Shan Pai encompasses self-defense techniques, physical conditioning, and mental discipline.

For those interested in a more peaceful form of martial arts, our Tai Chi classes emphasize internal and external well-being. Often described as moving meditation, Tai Chi helps improve balance, flexibility, and stress management.
