You could be at risk for Toxic Shock and you should get it removed ASAP cause it can be deadly

It depends for how long it gets stuck, if you get it taken out almost immediately by a doctor you’ll be fine. You shouldn’t however leave it in for a day or two. That can get dangerous.

you need to get it talen out asap if you cant d it yourself leaving a tampon in for more than 4 hours increases your risk of tss (toxic shock syndrome) which can be fatal and dont leave it in for any more than 10 hours try using your finger to get it out if that fails maybe try something else that you can grab it with if you cant get it out see a dcotor asap who can take it out for you you can request a female doctor

I’m pretty sure it can’t. If it somehow did,I guess infection.
