When I got implanon in could I have already been pregnant?

Please help I recently got the implanon in because I really am not ready for another child. I have 2 children already and about a year ago got a late abortion it was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I always make sure we use condoms but have just finished spotting after 10days before getting implanon and have had a lot of the symptoms of pregnancy but don’t know if its all in ,my head. I haven’t had a hpt yet and am too scared to go to docs, I haven’t spoken to anyone about this which is causing me a lot of stress. I cry myself to sleep at night because I’m so worried please help me!!

Do A Pregnancy Test The Worst Thing I Think You Could Do To Yourself Is To Just Keep It To Yourself The Results Could Be Disasterous! Close Your Eyes And Jump Is The Best Thing You Could Do Atm! Sorry Im Not Much Help But Thats Honestly What I Think You Should Do! Good Luck! xx
