What am I supposed to do when I feel that my life is falling apart and I can't put it back together?

Find the things that are important, get someone to talk to, and to go to is the worst moments. And set yourself goals, don’t get down if you don’t accomplish them, to fail is part of winning. Write stuff down amd don’t give up, things will get better. Everyone has a moment like that at one point of their lifes.

It could help to see a counselor or a psychologist to help you put the puzzle pieces of your life back together.

there is u cant put it back together, be strong, this is your life, trust yourself, open urself to the new possbilities, u can change this, do as “haloyeah” said set goals, and shes right too, life knocks u down alot, life keeps knocking u down, everyone falls down, the important thing is to never give up and always get back up , i have “something” that might help u change stuff, if u think u want it then tell me

Force yourself to think, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Doesn’t matter hard it is for you right now, things will get better. You need to find out what is making you feel that way. Seek help from your family and loved ones and once you can pin point what or who is bring you down, try to over come it. Only you can make things better for yourself. For example, if you hate life at the moment and it is really to do with having no money, then try your best to study hard, finish school, find a job and create the life you want. It is only one example I used, but hopefully you know what I mean. 

Find something mind-numbing to do when you get to that point and need to empty your mind. I find video games to be helpful. Painting/art works for me as well. Other than that, just keep pushing on. Life does suck sometimes, just don’t let the bad completely mask the good. Don’t try to force it to get better either, you’ll end up more disappointed than before. But, you could always try to find at least one thing a day that will make you smile. A favorite funny YouTube video, movie, picture, anything really as long as it makes you smile. :)

Unless she’s clinically depressed and needs medicines or therapy, which she is not asking about… Then, getting by and finding things that make her happy is the best thing she can do until the sadness passes. If people could change their happiness like that then there would be no sad people.

I am perfectly happy with my life, but I do get sad sometimes. Life is life, everyone gets happy and everyone gets sad. She seems like she is in a dark place right now, it is going to take time to fix that, not whatever silly changes that people who are simply “feeling down” can do. Bye…

well, mostly all u can do, stay strong, fight through it, in the end everything will work out. you just cant give up! find something u like to do, to get stress or anything off. for example i write when im upset or overwhlemed. find some time for u out of the day, because soemtimes days can be long and hard. but the main thing is stay strong stay in the game, dont give up. hope this helps!!!
