101 pounds i.e. 45 kg’s sounds like a normal weight for me for a 13 year old girl. You have to remember that your weight will depend on your bone structure and your height. If you are taller and bigger boned you’ll weight more. If you exercise more, you’ll also weight more. Also you shouldn’t always finish all your food, if it is too much, leave it. Just ask for a doggy bag and you can not waste it by giving it to your dogs or someone who is really hungry i.e. beggars. Then lastly, most girls feel ugly and fat during puberty. You become more aware of your body and EVERYONE, even those who you view as pretty will feel a bit akward. It is normal and you should work on building your confidence i.e. getting out of your comfort zone, participating in group sports and activities etc. This will improve the way you feel about yourself.

You seem to healthy, if your worried about your weight, exercise . Personally I would say enjoy life now, your going to find many things more stressful then weight in soon. Puberty is going to hit, and I have seen some heavy weighted women become quite skinny because of puberty. If your worried like I said just exercise.

Answer #3

Your not alone, I worried about my weight all my life, even though most would say I was maybe even a little on the thin side. Most women, girls do worry about their weight.

It’s a darn shame because your weight really isn’t the issue…your health is! A healthy person, looks great, has radiant skin, and feels great.

What makes you healthy: Modest regular exercise about 5days a week (walking is great). Healthy diet: eat a good breakfast, cut down on processed food, eat lots of vegetables and fruits. For more visit [link removed]!

Hope this helps!
