How can I stop losing weight?
I’m 14 and weight just under 6st I’m 5ft 3in. My parents try to get me to eat loadsa food but I’m not anover or under eater. I eat a bacon sandwich for breakfast and a sandwich for dinner. I have a snack around 3pm an apple or something. Then I have my tea whatever my they are having. I exercise for half an hour daily. Jogging and sports. My doctor says I have a very very high metabolism. I wear like size 2 clothes(uk) which is like a size minus in the us. My clothes are for a 8 yr old. I have size 4 jeans and I have to put my belt loop to the smallest. How do I just stop losing weight??at this time today I weigh 5 stone 9ibs
6 stone is only 84 pounds. For your height you should weigh 104 to 126 pounds (7.5 to 9 stone), so you are definitely underweight. In all probability, you are anorexic.

I think you should eat a range of a balanced diet.. aka your 5 a day and red meat so you do not get enimic <(soz bad spelling) you should probably eat cereal toast and orange juice for breakfast .. for lunch something like a sandwich, yoghurt, drink and mabe a packet of crisps. if you have a school canteen go to it they will have a wide varitey of healthy food.. for dinner you should eat a good meal like lasagne with a side or stew, or spaghetti bolognaise… (sorry but the spelling is bad!) hope this will help emzz xx
