I a smoking at a young age what should I do
My suggestion is it will take sometime to leave smoking completely once you are addicted. So, best thing is if you smoke 2 ciggs a day reduce it to one in a day, then one in two days, and so on. You will still smoke 1 in a week for a long time. But then I am not supporting it still it is still better than smoking daily
Smoking at ANY age is HORRIBLE for your health. Go to google and search "smoker's lung" in their images section. Maybe that will sway your mind a little bit. STOP SMOKING, NO ONE THINKS YOU'RE COOL FOR DOING IT, AND YOU'RE DESTROYING YOUR BODY
i do it and i know its not good, wen u say young how young? im 15 soon and im trying to quit, i only started cuz i thought it wud make me not wanna eat, just stop now and think about other things wen u think u need 1 x
For your health, stop now - statistics have proven it's much harder to quit later...I wish you the best !!
Please give up, the longer you smoke the harder it will be to quit.
