Should I take my mother to court?

Hi my name is maria I’m 16 years old I just had a baby, my boyfriend is 19 years old but my mom don’t wants me with him he had been taking care of me since he knew I was pregnant I bee living with him for 6 months already… But when my mother found out I was pregnet she got really mad an to0k me to his house an left me there I didnt talk to my mother for like 5 months until now… I had to go back home because of the social worker she said that im a minor but my mom treats me really bad she calls me bad names and gives me ugly looks an bad attitude… I dont want to be there what should I do?? Cant I fight for my own custody right now or untill I turn 17??

well it looks like your going tohave to talk to the sotial worker and tell her how your mom treats you. And your boy friend look like he is over age and he can take care of you and your baby, and I think that if you take your mom to cort it will have to be ti;ll your 17 but I really recomend that you would not!!

dont take her to court but you should talk to the social worker about how your mom treats you. your mom shouldnt be treating you like that

Depending on what country your living in - I’m in Ireland, I always thought that once you become a mother your responsible for both you and the child. I’d definatly do as disneyworld says and speak to a social worker. If your being treated badly whether it be mentally or physically you shouldn’t have to be in her care. How can you grow yourself and raise a little one if your being abused like that. I wish you the best whatever happens
