Should I see a difrence yet ? ? ? :)

I’ve been trying to get a bit skinnyer I’ve been having smaller porshons and only eating half ( im not starving myself I find im totally full after a lttle but ) I’ve always ate healthy just to much But I’ve been doing this for about a week and I don’t see a difference yet should I or will it take a wee while ? :)

its only been a week your not going to notice much in a week, especially any changes to your weight weight loss doesnt happen fast it happens gradually and it takes months to see results not days, weeks, ect months

No, you shouldn’t see results already and have you been excersising aswell? Because excercise will increase your weight loss.

No you should not see a diff yet. normally for girls you don’t see a diff for a couple of weeks.
