Should I join the track team ?
I kinda want to be on the track team at my middle school.. Should I join and do sprinting ? My only doubt is that I’ll loose weight because I’m already really underweight and I hate it. My friends say I’ll gain muscle but thats not how my body works. Opinions ?
You should join the team to become healthy and gain muscle, and if you start to lose weight ask the coach for a food plan :)
