Why shoud smoking NOT be banned in public?

Like, when studies are done regarding secondhand smoke, the results are not what is in the studies done by those paid by the “EPA” and others show.

Because it could increase peoples craving for it because its something forbidden. Seems to be psychologically consistant with humans that they want what they can’t have. If it’s taboo it seems more desirable… Under such reasoning it could increase the harm done by increasing the amount smokers smoke and the amount of people draw to smoking.

On the other hand, passive smoking is less likely to occur if its banned everywhere, less litre, etc.

People are going to chose whether they want to smoke or not. Restricting some one from smoking in public will not stop a person from smoking. Besides which, the “facts” about secondhand smoke are iffy at best. People will propagate that it is just as dangerous as smoking or , sometimes, even more dangerous than smoking. But that is largely untrue.

In other words, you contradicted yourself, or are psychotic and for some reason think that you are 2 people.

It should be banned in public, it’s harmful to non-smokers who try go get some fresh air. I hate those a$$holes smoking outside the entrance of every f*cking building I try to go in and out of!

It should be banned anywhere there are other people. There is no reason other people should have to breathe in THEIR smoke. As long as it is not affecting others, I don’t care what they do.

wtf are you talking about?? seriously this person asked for websites and such so i said it was my opinion just incase they needed websites.. then i gave my real opinion on it being wrong because they asked for why it should be right so dont comment on my stuff acting like you know me because you dont.
