crunches and sit ups can help there are a lot of stomach exerscises you can do youll need to do regular exerscise, and keep it up but to see results youll need to have a healthy diet as well also dont expect to loose anything if there isnt anything to loose
all of the suggestions do TONE your abs, but will not result in isolated fat loss on the stomach. There is no such thing. Just eat healthy, exercise regularly, drink plenty of fluids and electrolytes, and you should eventually lose the excess fat in the area you wanted. Your thighs, buttocks and breasts are most likely to lose fat first though.
it depends on your size, you shouldn’t be doing this because you want a “flat stomach” you simply need to excersize 3-4 times a week 30 minutes a day, it’s simple.
doing some sit-ups, puch-ups, crunches they help. also eating healthy helps.
so don’t make it about looking great, have fun and just feel abut that in the end you look better ( :
