Quistions about donating blood?

Im a skinny guy with skinny arm’s if I donate blood will I look like a zombie or die of major blood loss? I want to should I do it anyway?

the doc. Can tell you before donating that are u really very weak make sure you must eat well before giving blood.relax atleast 5 to 10 min.after donating you might uncautious
