My sister did it and lost weight, and I tried it, but it only made me really sick. We lost weight, but for me, it was torture.
it works, but only temporarily. you’ll drop the weight for a few days, but most of what you lose you’ll gain back in a week. but it’s good if you just gotta slim down for a party or whatever.
Don’t do anything drastic Cut junk foods and sodas And everytime you catch yourself thinking geez I’m fat drink some water and do some exercises like situps
yea it does work, but the juce doesnt taste very good! my mom lost like 30 lbs! but remember, its easy to loose that bc most of it is water weight.
If it seems too good to be true… it is.
