have you ever seen the biggest loser its a tv show and those people lose huge amounts of weight all of them stupid diets dont work you just need to watch what you eat and excersice oh yea my mom said the hollywood diet just makes you go #2 really bad and like a lot and that I guess is what makes you loose weight good luck :)
