Yes but only a little, eat plenty of protein and give it a rest so don't over work it making it even more worse. The more you damage it by working the more its going to be weaker and will take longer for it to recover. But since youre young and still growing then the muscles will repair it self quicker
Only temporarily my friend, unless you did severe damage as in ripping it, then that would hurt worse than pulling a muscle, trust me, you'd know if you ripped a muscle.
