What's this pressure in my head?
my head often feels like its going to explode…as if my brains swellin up or somthing..it hurts a bit & it scares me…what could it be??

Yes, like captainassassin says, go to the doctor. But, from my experience with that type of ‘pressure’ it was one of three things. First, sinus pressure, tension and added stress…see your doctor and try some relaxation techniques.
