FIRST start drinking a lot of water. I was both a competitive bodybuilder and college wrestler…so Ilearned that the more water I drank…the less my body retained. So drink a gallon a day!. next…get rid of sodium…that comes from processed food…and soft drinks. this makes you retain a lot of water. third…a good natural supplement can be useful…there are some good ones out there…that are NOT dangerous. Stay away from ephedra and other stimulants…I have a friend that died using that stuff. But naturally…L Carnitine, and chromium…are good options and have been proven to have good effects on your body’s ability to regulate insulin and process what you take in. Lastly…you have to stop eating late at night…and start working out. that is a must…I mean…even a brisk walk…or dancing could do just fine…but it has to be maintained for at least 20-25 minutes. Eat healthy and run. Eating healthy is just a small part in losing fat…the biggest part is doing cardio exercises.

if you are really dedicated to losing the weight… throw away all of the junk food in your house and dont buy any more. eat healthy foods like salads and dont load it with dressing and condements! look on todayshow.com, they just had a really good thing on today about how to lose weight fast… good luck!
