Only Drinking Water?
If I Only Drink Water For Like A Month What’ll Happen? Like Nothing Else. I Eat Healthy Mostly And I’ll Keep On That. But Like Water Is 0 Calories. Is It Unhealthy? Will I Lose Weight? I Don’t Need To Lose Any But I want to Try This Out. because It Seems Like A Healthy Crash Diet If It Does Work… ???
ooo yeah..not healthy. at all. at least eat something healthy to loose weight. yeah it takes longer but by not eating your actually slowing down your metabolism and then your body goes into “no food mode” and you get really weak, really sick and your face gets puffy and pale. and if goes on for a long time you could develop health problems or die. like there was this woman on this show and she had anorexia for years, and they would show how her body was so used to not eating anything, that if she ate anything real (like a sandwich) she would die. so they had to give her a tiny thing of frozen gelatin every hour to keep her body at least living, but then eventually her body just shut down a couple months later and she died. so yeah, not smart. eat whatever the hell you want. thats what I do, and you will be much happier trust me.
If you drink water for a month then you’ll have to pee like 24/7 lol just kidding um I think that’s good as long as your eating and not just drinking water!! Actually I drink alota water!! Sodas good but mi mom doesnt like me drinking it to much and juice is okk but I drink water way more!!
water is best. Pop and juice all have so much suger and they do cause weight gain, so drinking just water, along with food, may cause some weight loss.
Water is good for you, it’s better to drink just water. Nothing will happen. We’d probably all be more healthy if we drank just water, instead of drinking pop and beer and all that stuff.
Yes, This is very unhealthy! it DOEs work but ou also need solid food in you! Water has no vitamins no nutrients no carbohydrates!! Water has 0 of everything! Just eat healthy and balance out your meals!

youll die do you want to die? food is one of the most important things your body needs without food,, especially for that lond, it will have nothing to run on your body will begin to eat itself, and that wont take long with no food then youll become weak, lifeless, you wont be able to move very much at all, feel extreemley weak and then youll die if you actually think thats a good things to try in attempt to loose some stupid pounds then you really need to see a doctor or something and get your mind re-assessed thats a seriouse things to do to yourself, especially when you dont need to loose any weight at all
