Need help with writing a song! Screamo

Ughh! I’m having trouble writting this song.!!! What should my lyrics say??? I want it to b like bring me the horizon! and by the way I scream!

You should sing from your heart like use a bad break up and turn it into a heavy metal song or turn your girlfriend into a love song or turn a lost love into a sad song or just funk it out! You should sing songs that remind you of you. Here is an example of the music I like… You took my heart and crushed it to pieces you don’t care who you hurt or when you do you are a heart breaker and you are proud of it but you shouldn’t be
