Is anyone willing to help me write a song?

Is anyone willing to help me write a song? Something on the lines of things I like, I love miley cyrus and im best at her songs and type of music so if anyone out there is good at writing songs like this, I love these songs but im open to any ideas anyone can write, if you can record music for it too thatd be great, im working really hard to try to work my way to a record deal but im not good at writing lyrics for songs and I dont know how to play a guitar or any instument for that matter.
