My own body boot camp

Im taking a week away to start my own boot camp (camp offord others lol) is this healthy to do, I want to be healthy, but push my body, how much should I eat, exersise and how much water should I drink?

drink lots of water, healthy foods and lots of protein as well. protein has a lot of energy.. so I say stick with that instead of the chocolate bar.
