How to tell my Dad I'm still close to my ex?

I try to keep my dad and boys seprate but I got busted!! Here’s my story and I need advice…I just got off work and my ex boyfriend came up there and odered sum food naturally I took his order and was pleased to do it…I went outside and we were talking until we started play fightin he pulls me half way inside the open truck window..only part of my body stickin out is my kickin legs..I’m only 5ft. My dad pulls next to us I didn’t notice til he blowed the horn. I was embrassed so much til my face turned elmo red. I got in the car and he threw 21 questions at me…should I tell my dad about my ex and how were really still very close?

He pulled you through the window !? - that’s not a Red flag on his behavour - how he percieves you ? - if he were a little madder would he have peeled out of the lot with you barely hanging on or dragged putting your life in danger ? - treat my daughter like that and I’ve got something for him !!

My question is WHY was he an ex??? There must have been a reason for your break up. What has changed since then, and why aren’t you wondering about that same thing happening again?

You should’ve told your dad when you started dating anyway. So yeah, you should tell him who and when you’ve dated. And just how far those dates went.
