I used to love yoga, when I was like 12 I got to do some classes, but then the free ones got cancled and we couldnt afford it, I ended up buying books on it and teaching myself more moves, I did it almost every day for about a year and a half at home in my room and my parents never knew. but because it was only me doing it, life got hectic, I didnt have time, and I couldnt really teach myself anything else because i was scared of doing the moves wrong and getting hurt or something, i had to give it up whenever I have a free day like home from school I will still break out my mat and do what I can remember it helps but it is time consuming and I cant afford classes so it is kinda out of the question for me :(

Have u look into just buyin videos? That’s wat I did when my classes got to costly

Relaxing music like jazz, swing, or classical does the trick. You can try Yoga, but I’ve never done that before. Watching Television shows is my last piece of advice. I love anime and reading books, it takes me out of this world and into a new one.

watching tv is a mindless disctraction which can help but i have found it tends to compound my problems because it takes time and accomplishes nothing i listen to music all the time :) and it really does help me feel better and I get lost in books, like without realizing it I will end up curled up in the same spot for hours on end without moving, completely consumed by the book. I have read books covertocover on more than one occasion and I love it :) I actually went out and bought myself a book today (which i dont normally do, the library is always my first choice) becuase I havent had any time to read other than for school since the summer the only concern i have is since my brain had been shutting down and i have been zoning out from the amount of stress i have is that i actually will get lost in the book…. and i dont read childrens or teens books, the book I got today was “The Psychopath Test” by Ronson

i learned in health that when you’re stressed, take deep breaths, do some physical activity to get your mind off it, and relax and listen to music to calm down…u can also use a stress ball

well breathing is a necesity, physcial activity only takes my mind off of it temporarily then after im done doing it i get hit by all the stress again, music is a must :) and I actually havent tried a stress ball yet… but that could help thanks:)

we got a new collar/lesh for my dog so now I can take him for walks whenever and wherever i want :) def gonna be grabbing my ipod and walking more often, thanks :)
