Meditation tips for health

My moods want to kill me. I meditate. If anyone does, can you give me tips?

It really helps me to get alone / have a quiet, personal space and read/study the Bible…Take care !!

Hmm, when I meditate I sit in the middle of my room in the floor indain style. I always meditate at night when things are settleing and outside is calm&quiet. Also I turn off the lights. It helps me.
