Bad things happen…everything comes down to luck. where and when you are born. your economic standing, social standing, etc. It is all a crap shoot.

Man in the Garden of Eden broke the bond / fellowship between himself and God by disobeying / sinning - God being pure cannot even look upon sin - that why He sent His Son Jesus to ‘bridge the gap / make a way back into fellowship with Him’ (John 3 : 16) - each of us has the option of accepting or rejecting this free gift offered - God Loved us enough to make a WAY/JESUS - He could have just turned His back on mankind, He didn’t.

We are able to do these things, in any situation, in war, in peace, in America, in Lebanon. Jesus did nothing wrong, yet he suffered greatly. Same with many people throughout history. Yet through their suffering they brought much glory to God, and lived a life full of joy despite that suffering.
